STOVE TOP (RECOMMENDED): Remove inner soup bag from container. Bring two to three quarts of water to a boil in a medium size sauce pan. Cut a slit in the bag with scissors or a knife. Pour contents into serving bowl or two serving bowls if sharing. CAUTION: Hot! Avoid Steam!
MICROWAVE: If frozen, thaw inner soup bag under cold water. Empty contents into 1-quart microwaveable bowl. Cover loosely; microwave on High 2 to 4 minutes or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. CAUTION: Hot! Avoid Steam! Carefully remove from microwave. Stir well. Chowder will be hot.
